One-on-One Sessions

I am located in the Monterey Peninsula area of central California. Internet-based video-chat sessions are available for long-distance students. Contact me for details and to schedule appointments.
About the #PilatesInJail program
Currently I am teaching Pilates and mind-body coaching twice each week to a class of female inmates at the Monterey County jail. My impressions were published in April 2013 in the national Pilates Method Alliance newsletter. Article here.

Workshops and 2 or 3-day Retreats

One-day workshops are focused on a specific theme and are 2-5 hours in length. You will develop a vibrant two-way conversation with your body, one where you learn how to be the biomechanical expert on your body. You will learn specific imagery and exercises so you can get the most out of your body with the least effort and wear-and-tear.

Retreats are intense experiences where we make the time to focus on you and your body. Enormous changes can take root when you focus your attention on your body for two or three days. Retreats are held at the Hotel Abrego in downtown Monterey or at a boutique hotel and winery in Carmel Valley, California.
